Is your service really free?

Yes, we supply all auction items, staff members and payment collection all free of charge. Each auction item is provided with a reserve, you will receive 100% of the money bid over the reserve. For example if an item with a reserve of £100 sells for £500, you would receive £400 for your charity or chosen cause, and we receive the reserve price (£100). We do not charge for any part of our service.

Why should we choose you over your competitors?

We are confidents that we provide the best service with the lowest reserve prices and therefore can maximise the amount of money we raise for you at your event. Our main focus when running a silent auction is always to maximise funds raised.

What areas do you cover?

We attend events all over the United Kingdom.

Do you provide auction staff?

We provide staff at every event, they will run the silent auction from start to finish so the organiser does not have to worry about a thing! If needed our event staff can also run a live auction.

Can I select just a few items as I already have a few of my own?

Yes, we can supply any desired amount, from 3 or 4 to up to 50 items for a silent auction.

Can I use you for a silent auction only?

Yes if you have your main auction items we will be happy to run a silent auction at your event.

How will I know how much money I have raised from the silent auction?

A few days after the event we will send you a spreadsheet with finalised details of all the winning bids and bidders and what items they won along with a total sum to be paid to your chosen cause or charity. This amount will then be transferred within 5 working days.

Can you offer an interactive silent auction?

I'm not sure what items to include in the silent auction?

We will help and advise you which items to include in your silent auction, taking into account the guests you have attending, location, price etc.
