Please attach the logo that you would like displayed on the front of the Silent Auction Brochure in order to personalise it for your event.

Donated Items

If you have been donated items you can include up to six in the silent auction brochure completely free of charge, they will be clearly displayed and you will receive 100% of the amount bid on these items. If you would like any items included please complete the table below and use the 'choose file' button at the end of each row to attach the image you would like displayed in the brochure.

Our Requirements

• Minimum of three 6 foot trestle tables to display the auction items. Ideally these will be situated in the drinks reception or anywhere your guests are likely to pass
• Pens on each of the tables for your guests to use when completing the silent auction brochure - most venues will provide this for you if you ask
• An approximate running order of the event
