Fundraising Auctions has ceased trading
Dear Valued Customer,
It is with sincere regret that we must inform you that Fundraising Auctions has had to cease trading immediately due to financial difficulties.
As a business we have worked to support charities in their fundraising efforts for over 19 years and can only apologise to any clients that will be impacted by this situation.
Unfortunately, this means we are unable to fulfil any further experiences that have been purchased via our Silent Auction service. If this impacts you, we recommend that you contact your bank to initiate a chargeback for the funds you originally paid to us. This process should allow you to recover your money in full, and whilst this in no way makes up for such a disappointment, it should insure you have not lost out financially. We advise you to speak with your bank for guidance and make a claim for ‘services not received’. This should apply to both credit and debit card purchases.
If you already had a date confirmed, we are doing our best to reach out and put you in touch with the supplier concerned in case you wish to pay them directly and keep your booking in place.
