Coronavirus Update
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we are currently operating from a skeleton home workforce.
Please look at the following options to see how you should best proceed with your enquiry;
Experience Booking – Due to our reduced staffing levels and the fact the majority of our experiences are unavailable we are currently postponing booking new experiences until 1st June. Please contact us after this date regarding your request. If your voucher expires in this period or is due to expire shortly after then please do not worry as all vouchers of this type will be extended free of charge.
Experience Amendment/Cancellation – The majority of our experiences have been cancelled in March, April and May. You should have already been contacted by a member of our team or the experience provider and asked to rebook later in the year. If you haven’t yet been contacted please email admin@fundraising-auctions.co.uk
New Auction Bookings – If you are contacting us regarding a new Online, Silent or Interactive auction then please call the office to discuss your enquiry on 01273 311 433 or email nick@fundraising-auctions.co.uk.
Auction Cancellation/Amendment – If you are contacting us to cancel your event or to move it to a date later in the year then please call 01273 311433 or email nick@fundraising-auctions.co.uk.
