Experience Booking – Due to our reduced staffing levels and the fact the majority of our experiences are unavailable we are currently postponing booking new experiences until 1st June. Please contact us after this date regarding your request. If your voucher expires in this period or is due to expire shortly after then please do not worry as all vouchers of this type will be extended free of charge.
Experience Amendment/Cancellation – The majority of our experiences have been cancelled in March, April and May. You should have already been contacted by a member of our team or the experience provider and asked to rebook later in the year.
